A fry shop opened in Brussels. Thirty-five years later, the same recipe, in Bourg-Argental.

Frietkot is first a story of patience. The kind you need to peel potatoes by hand every morning. The kind you need to respect the double cook. The kind you need so every cone leaves the counter at the right heat, with salt and sauce chosen with care.
Settled for more than thirty years, we serve authentic Belgian fries in the Loire. Not a copy, not a twist — the real thing. With the matching beers, daily specials the way they’re made over there, and hospitality that feels like a village friterie in Belgium.
Today we’re expanding the experience with an inn. Because a good meal is sometimes the start of a night you want to keep going.
